Our services:

Project management is a key factor in all our projects. Both our customer and Isodax needs to have a committed project manager to ensure the project stages. We establish together with the customer a full project organization, from steering committee to project teams, where all project members will have the clarification of the project organization.

The consultants we provide on projects are highly skilled, and are committed resources for the entire project, thereby ensuring that the knowledge in the project is kept. As all of our consultants are project-experienced, they will normally be able identify potential issues for the project-scope. This will avoid later conflicts for decisions made in the early stages.

Our development are handled by developers that has hands-on experience from projects or from the industry at end customers. This adds the business focus into the development, and the architecture is designed to handle the full project and not only a piece of the full business solution.

Advisory. For many existing customers the main services are not the full project scope, but the accessibility to key experts, that can advise on performance, business processes etc.
We can provide a system performance audit, where issues like performance, standardization and business processes are reviewed and analyzed.
